She is a beautiful 4 year old Acholi girl who has made a deep impact on the creators of MercyBeadProject.com. Mercy lives with her mother Irene, father, brother Oscar, and her sister Keri. She was the inspiration behind the start of this project and lives in a small village in Pece, Uganda.
We are currently working on getting more pictures and updates on Mercy and her family to this website.
We also just recently found out that Mercy is expecting a new little brother or sister here shortly! We talked to them on 12/12/09 and Irene is 7 months pregnant.
